Next, start working through the book.
The first part of the book helps you to do the immediate foundational work about why you have dealt with feelings of low self-worth and hatred, as well as how those underlying beliefs affect you.
And, perhaps most importantly, why it’s not your fault that you haven’t solved this up to now.
Then, you’ll start working through daily challenges to unravel those old beliefs and be able to make massive shifts to unconditional, radiant self-love.
This will be challenging work; prepare for it!
The daily challenges can be difficult, especially if you’ve felt deep self-hatred for a long time.
If anything is overwhelming or “too much” for you, take a break. Walk away for a little bit. Do something totally different.
But commit to coming back and continuing.
It’s only in doing the work that you can see the shifts you truly desire!
Remember to connect with as much joy as you can throughout the challenge.
Think about the happiest times you’ve had in your life. Really connect with those wonderful feelings, letting them flow all over your body. Take deep breaths and imagine that the happiness and confidence from those moments seeps into every cell of your body.
The more you can do this on a daily basis, the better.
Most of all,
Follow the process, and trust in yourself.
You can do this! You are worthy of love! You are worthy of living your truth! You are worthy of an awesome life!
