Station 2 Visual Meditation

How to use:

Watch the meditation, and as each statement comes up, say the words to yourself. You should have enough time to say the statement 3 times before it moves on to the next screen.

Breathe deeply, and imagine that as you breathe in, the words are soaking into your cells. Breathe out and release all worry, stress, or obstacles.

Try to connect with happiness, hope, and joy as you read each statement. You can take a few moments before using this to remember a particularly happy time in your life, allowing those feelings to flow all over your body.
