Case Study: Translating Wrist Pain
Case Study: Wrist Pain
In today’s Ask Tara, I translated wrist pain experienced by Lila. If you are still working on “getting” the translation process, this one is a terrific one to work along - it’s a textbook example of how someone’s body is telling them exactly what’s off in her life.

Here’s Lila’s question:
Hi Tara,
I’ve got a weird wrist pain that I can’t figure out. It is on my right side, and it feels like I’m being stabbed when I reach out. That seems to be the only time it hurts! I can roll my wrist around and there’s no pain, but I reach forward and ow!
It’s been going on for about a month now. Any idea what’s up?
Thanks so much!
Lila
