Why we are all so fatigued right now (spoiler: It’s a trigger due to the anniversary of the COVID pandemic)
I was getting SO many questions about why we were all feeling this collective exhaustion right now (and I was certainly dragging a bit myself), so I thought it was a great time to talk about why something like the anniversary of the COVID pandemic and shut downs would be triggering your body to react with tiredness, stress, worry, or whatever else it might be doing at the moment.
This is different than just pandemic fatigue; it’s literally your body remembering a trigger of a certain date and reacting.

I talk about ways to be able to get rid of all the emotions that are being triggered so you can clean the slate and move forward with optimism.
I hope my answer is super helpful to all of you, as we all navigate this anniversary and look to the future to hope for better.
Question: Funky rib!
Hey tara -
I’ve got a weird one for you. I have a rib on my left side that pops in and out. It doesn’t hurt; it just goes out of it’s socket or whatever. I’ve had this since I was maybe 9 or 10 years old. Any idea what this could be?
- Jenny
