calling in healing tara meyer robson.jpg

Are you ready to release pain and disease and let it flow away from you?

If so, this meditation is ideal.

Suggestions to make the meditation most effective:

  1. Find some essential oils, flowers, fruit, candles, or anything else to you that smells like healing, hope, and love. For many, this might be eucalyptus or lavender oil. For others, it might be the smell of an orange or lemon. Whatever is right for you is right for you.

If it’s difficult to think what scent that might be, just ask yourself, “What scent makes me feel happy and peaceful?”

  2. If you are a person that is very tactile/movement oriented, you might want to have a pitcher or glass near you that you can pour over your head during the meditation. This can be very helpful for people that learn best through movement.

  3. Find a comfortable, quiet, and private place to be. You can be laying down or sitting down, but I do start the meditation with you sitting on a bench. However, you can certainly lay down and imagine that!

I hope you enjoy this meditation, and that it becomes a great tool in your healing kit!
