Station 3: The Force of Positive Self-Image
In Station 3, you move from your individual relationship to a group (Station 1) to your individual relationship to another individual, to your individual relationship with yourself. Because of this, Station 3 deals with beliefs around self-esteem, self-worth, knowing your identity (and being comfortable with who you are), your right and ability to protect yourself, and your right and ability to trust yourself.
Station 3 is literally the CORE of you; it is the center of who you are in this world, and how you feel about that.
Station 3 deals with these areas of the body:

Kidneys

Use this meditation to turn down the volume on the pain of that memory, and to begin to replace that pain with calm, healing, and wellness.
You will be amazed how much better you will feel after just this simple practice!
When we go through times of craziness and chaos, we can feel very dizzy and unstable.
This combo practice of learning to be present, learning to ground yourself, and connecting mindfully with other good souls, creating a tribe of protection, will instantly allow you to feel infinitely better, stronger, and more rooted in yourself.
This is a perfect meditation if you are dealing with Station 1 or Station 7 issues!
If you tend to feel stress or that you are taking on other’s energy more in one area of your body than other (such as in your gut or on your shoulders), this is the perfect practice for you. It’s also perfect if you are dealing with a specific illness in a particular body part - it creates an extra shield all around that area.
This is an excellent meditation to use if you are both feeling like you cannot protect yourself, and if you are feeling that you are not on solid ground. If you have both Station 1 and Station 3 showing up in your Flow Factor, then this is spot on as a practice for you. I highly recommend doing this in the morning each morning; it will make a huge difference in your energy and life.
If you are dealing with any kind of ache or pain, this meditation is designed to help you to pull that out of your body and restore yourself to wellness. This is a great one to use as you fall asleep, but is absolutely appropriate to help you at any time you are feeling pain throughout the day.
