Creating Your Personalized Action Plan!
Now that you’ve learned how to translate what your body is telling you about what any pain or disease you are experiencing is telling you about what’s off, now you get to the BEST part: how to use this information to shift into healing, happiness, and positive experiences.
In this lesson, I’ll show you, step-by-step, how to create a Healing Action Plan that works for you individually using your personal strengths.
You’ll learn to:
Take the translation of your pain or disease and create a specific, personal plan to shift your mind, body, and life.
How to go to the exact areas of your mind, body, and life that you need to work on, and you’ll be taken through the exact process you need (with nothing you don’t).
You will pinpoint the exact steps YOU need for your success.
You will understand the ways you learn best, and be taken through a personalized process to figure out specific practices that WILL work for you.

To use:
Get in a comfortable position. For pain release, I like laying down - it allows your whole body to be supported - but please find any position that works for you.
Close your eyes and follow the guidance in the meditation.
Release the pain.
Do you feel stuck in the past?

Honestly, I think most of us go through this a bit - when you are working on releasing old patterns and retuning into the life you desire, all kinds of old fears, limitations, and negative beliefs will show up.
I designed this meditation to allow you to release all of that and reset your mind, body, and life to be in alignment with the life you desire - one of healing, goodness, and abundance.
